PROCESSING TIMES:
Processing time is the time that takes me to put the order together in order to be shipped. My processing time is 3-5 days.

TRACKING NUMBERS ON ORDER:
Tracked shipping IS NOT included with the default delivery option. It has to bee selected at the checkout. Orders with no tracked shipping will not have tracked numbers.

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?:
Accidents can happen during transit. If this happens please message me with a picture of the damage item and I will replace it for you.

CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER?:
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to me!

I BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM A DIFFERENT PLATFORM AND I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER:
If you contact me through this platform because you have a problem with your order, I will only be able to help you if you placed your order using this platform.

REFUND POLICY:
